My husband and I have become "frequent flyers" at Scripps Mercy Hospital. From emergency room to hospitalization, outpatient procedures to picking up records and films......nothing but professionalism, kindness, compassion, and yes even humor. I always feel at peace because I know I'm on the best place with the best doctors, nurses, technicians, and equipment. Always clean and pleasant. It is a breath of fresh air in hospital care. So blessed to be able to use this facility.

We landed at the ER straight from the airport thinking my husband had food poisoning but very quickly found out he had diabetic ketoacidosis...I can't even begin to tell you how professional, attentive, caring and compassionate the nurses and doctors of this hospital were... it really made a bad (and out of town -we are from Austin- ) situation be better. لقد قدمت المستثفى المذكورة اعلاه كافة الخدمات الطبية الصحية بصورة كاملة ودقيقة وكان الكادر الطبي يستجيب لكافة الطلبات بدون تردد وحتى المريض كان مسرورا للعناية الفائقة التي قدمت له فبوركت جهود كافة العاملين فيها والف سمر

When in for a CT scan. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Very good experience.
