Love the location, the easy access to inexpensive parking. The nurse staff and Doctors are pretty cool and professional. Very caring and nurturing ... however, the Security Officer on the 3rd Floor from the Seciritas Company is extremely rude, grotesque, and has no customer service experience! It seems like her job is to make everyone experience a living hell! I was here waiting for my Niece to be born on January 2, 2017 at 6:00pm. What a horrible person and human being! I personally had a great experience I felt they were really attentive to my needs, and I always come here even after one bad experience but that was a nurse that was doing there internship I called made a a complaint and they immediately adresed the problem in a professional manner 😊🏼I do thank all the staff for there excellent work and care on my last stay and I will gladly come back keep up the good wrk staff you guys are doing great !! 👍🏼
i work here. and i enjoy coming to work, getting stuff in the elevator was just one of those things. i have the best coworkers. patients are always clean and we all work hard to care for our community. we can only do so much. people need to understand we see patients on more serious first. our trama team is awesome and we yruely care for your well being
Room was never clean or garbage pick up, linen in bed was never changed, everytime call light was used nurses took a long time to arrive seem to be bothered.
Amazing service. All nurses and doctors I encountered treated me with kindness and truly made me feel cared for. I had back surgery and everything went smoothly. I've had surgery and Sharp before and definitely did not get the same level of care that I received at Scripps Mercy.
Every staff member insured we had a great experience. Many went above and beyond to accommodate our family's needs. I will highly recommend!!!
