I was dreading the ER on the 4th of July. The staff was amazing and took care of me right away. I did beat the rush but all in all a very pleasant experience! Thanks Scripps!

Just released after 4 days. Infected diverticulitis. In much pain on morphine for the time. Nurses were extremely attentive 4 doctors attended to me, later put in a private room. Friendly, attentive, professional staff. Good Care. Thank you Scripps Memorial You're everything & more I heard friends tell me. I was in overflow because the hospital was full. But in retrospect I was grateful I got very very good care. Thank you again.

A friend of mine had a severe fall and received a compound fracture on his wrist. This happened about 2 weeks ago. You guys sent him home and he STILL HAS NOT RECEIVED TREATMENT. He's in extreme pain and his hand is going numb. I've workined in the medical field over 20 years and I know it is possible to have emergency surgery which is what he should have received. On June 9th my friend, Michael Blue, presented at Scripps Encinitas with a severely broken wrist. After 7 to 8 hours he was discharged to home where he discovered later that his wrist had NOT been repaired but rather only wrapped. To this very day, Mr. BLUE is still waiting for the Scripps affiliated orthopedic surgical group to complete the insurance authorization process and surgically repair his wrist.
