The ER was not cleaned the entire time we were there. Got there at midnight and left at noon the next day. They didn't order my daughters breakfast, they would not bring her pain meds when needed. I had to sit next to a hamper full of dirty laundry the whole time. Pretty disgusting!! P
Excellent service. My nurse was named frances and she was so nice and pleasant. Help with everything i needed.
I sure wouldn't go if I had anything broken! Yes, Michael is a friend of mine too and its appalling that you can send someone away with such a horrendous injury! I told a New York friend about this fiasco. He asked what hospital. His jaw dropped when I told him "Scripps". If I were in Michael's shoes, I'd take it to the press!

Yesterday was my hospital walk through for my first baby born. It went amazing. All my questions where answer and the experience was great.
I was so happy the nurses and the doctors were great I came in with a serious compound fracture of my arm, my wrist broken two. They were going to operate and they were taking good care of me but for some reason Release Me the same night I came in June 9th. They did not operate and it's now June 24th I'm having trouble getting through this insurance nightmare and I have weird angles at my wrist and it's red and green.
