I took my 1 year old here for a follow up after an emergency room visit for a very high fever of 106°. Her normal pediatrician was off for the day so they scheduled me with Dr.Herz. Everyone was awesome until the doctor came in. He was very abrupt and acted like he didn't want to be there. It was almost like he was annoyed that we interrupted his day. Very disappointed. Staff was really nice, Allison really made my son feel comfortable. The room on the other had....cleanliness is an issue.
The staff at Scripps are wonderful, especially Stormy in the outpatient surgery department.
