Mom came in to have knee replacement surgery, every single person that assisted us was kind and patient with mom allowed me to stay by her side translating or found that they tried there best to comunícate with her.
Wish I could give 0 stars. The worst hospital in San Diego...they care about filling their beds up rather than take care of patients. Will never go back!

Nothing like going to the er and begging a doctor to help you, and the doctor comes in, ignores the fact the I had an occipital nerve block done that gave me a bad reaction, then have her basically tell me that I should see a neurologist for my migraines, and focusing and acting like I'm here because of a migraine and telling me to stop smoking cause that causes migraines, not trying to treat me for my failed occipital nerve block and the massive amount of pain I'm in for that. This hospital is full of positive can do professional people their directive is to get people well .
The triage team clearly needs more training! I've been here for over 6 hours and haven't been seen! She tried to tell me it was because everyone else was more serious then me. Lies! They took a teenager back because his dad threw a fit! Told me I had one person ahead of me and then 2 hours later went back up again to ask and they said 10 people ahead of me! Never ever coming back here!
