I went to have outpatient surgery yesterday..I was extremely impressed with the all staff that I had contact with .They were courteous and very professional I was very comfortable well informed...they truely have a great team that cares about their patients....I want to thank them.

I was in the ER in Hillcrest last night, 4/6, at about 8pm for a peanut allergy. I was pretty scared as I have had some rough experiences in the past with the reactions. I am very appreciative of the care I received. Specifically, I had a nurse named Amy. To be succinct, she was awesome. I never got her last name or a chance to really thank her. From registration to pre-op to discharge, we we're treated very kindly. I'm not good with remembering names so please forgive me if I misspelled or forgot your name. The nurses that work with Dr Hall during pre-op that attended to me on the 4th of this month (I believe her was) Kay, Josh and Marie, thank you for the great service. I have been going to mercy hospital before they changed it it to Scripps mercy my Husband got best care before he passed they showed him dignity I had surgery there Scripps green I suffered two heart attacks last year and I got the best care emergency room nurses and doctors are awesome and the food is great to I won't go anywhere love mercy

Thank you scripps mercy had surgery yesterday on my spine everything came out perfect nurses are super nice Andale attentive. Loved it here made me feel right at home .thank u scripps mercy staff

Hi Scripps Mercy. I fear the leaving of this authentic review could result in retaliation if I ever need further services, but I feel this report is in the betterment of all, and that is what I stand for. If I could review negative stars, I would. It is with great disappointment that the longest running establishing hospital in America's finest city would treat someone this poorly.
