i had auto insurance & home insurance through payroll deduction through my company. I changed companies, paid my premium on-line and on May 29th they cancelled both policies. I sent them proof of payment I was told several times that my insurance would be reinstated. I t now since May 29th that I have been without insurance with the promise of several reps stating that it would be reinstated. I have had Metlife for 20 years. Since Farmers has took over our price have doubled and ******** service sucks. You can never get anyone. I have canceled my service. I canceled and 3 days later they pulled out my payment. Now I am calling daily to get my $855 back. They should not of pulled it in the first place because service was canceled. ð??¡ I do not recommend them!

couple months ago, my car was damaged by old lady while back her car without looking. whose is also under Farmer Insurance, filed claims with them, they set me up with adjuster was rude and impatient, get irritated with me if trying to asked him any question . have my brother talked to him , same thing, called up his boss for assistance , instead called me back , went to him about this. guess he got mad at me and paid me very low. the quote I got from Toyota was close to 2.000 dollars and from Calibrate agency was close to 3... read more

I filed a well documented claim for **** resulting from a April 12, 2022 auto accident with Bristol West's insured in New Orleans, LA. Bristol responded to my claim by saying that "they were unable to secure the information necessary to move forward with my claim and were therefor placing my claim on inactive status and closing it. This is a total fraud and no one should trust Bristol West with their insurance if the company refuses to pay a paltry **** claim.

I have had a HORRIBLE experience with FARMERS INSURANCE in regards to a collision in which MY CAR was REAR - ENDED. For over a MONTH, it was extremely difficult to get in touch with a LIVE person to ask questions, obtain status of the claim. I would try by phone((leaving several messages)), text, and emails. Farmers accidentally cancelled my home insurance policy, could not reinstate it and instead made me rewrite the policy. Now my premium is higher! And, what's more, they left our house without coverage over the past few days (I'm glad my house didn't burn down in July 4th). All due to their own mistake! Details: I called Farmers last Thursday (6/30) to cancel the policy on my rental property. After returning home after a sabbatical I discovered that my ceiling and walls were covered in black mold. The agent told me not to bother filing a claim. I filed a claim. I got estimates from different contractors but was told the computer program they used was more than sufficient. It barely covered the cost of labor. Everything was going fine when I signed with farmers. But the trouble started when I had a minor accident. My car needed front bumper repair and new sensors. I went to the insurance authorized auto repair shop called, 'Gerber to fix my car. My policy states I have a 30 day car rental and I left my car with them in the middle of May. This review is regarding ***** Crabtree's Farmers Insurance branch in TX. He has been incredible to work with over the past 25+ years. I rarely trust insurance agents or companies but I've always trusted ***** Crabtree. He guides you to products you need rather than force you to pay for items you don't. He's always handled my car, house & life insurance along with my investments. I recommend him 100%!
