Since I can't file a complaint, I'll leave it as a review... can't leave less than 1 star, that's a shame... The address I have from records of speaking with a representative show Foremost/ Farmers insurance - Grand Rapids Michigan The insurance company responsible for ANY AND ALL bills associated with the incident on the covered property was negligent in retrieving ALL bills from the requested "health care provider FACILITIES & addresses". my truck was involved in an accident over a month ago. I was given a contact number and it was always a recording. I left messages and tried to work with the adjuster when he did call back. I finally reached out to the Martha Holmes agency here in League City and ***** made more progress in a few hours than Scott did in a month. I have had MetLife auto insurance for 22 years and a homeowners policy for the last 17 and always had a positive experience with their representatives. Several months ago Farmers bought out MetLife. I recently filed a claim with Farmers because 1 week ago I had some damage done to my property. I was told i was getting a refund the next day even the sales man sold me the wrong policy. A week later i got the insurance policy i needed from someone else. They still hadn't cancelled my policy. I faxed a notice to them to stop my insurance on the 18th. A week later i call again. Still not cancelled. On the 26th t gets cancelled. Then it takes 7-10 days to get the refund. NOPE. Not going out until the 12th. They kept my policy open longer than i wanted or needed then refused to give me a refund for that partial amount an... read more

I have a 2019 ram Rebel loaded with almost every option there is, sticker was $67,000. I had 16,000iles on it and in mint condition. 4/20/22 while looking for a parking spot someone backed into my driver's door. Come to find out we both are with farmers. It was decided that the other driver was at fault. Farmers broke every law there is. They demanded I only go to Caliber bodyshop or download the app or fix it on my own!!! They stole another payment out of my account after I switched to a different company. Instead of refunding the money electronically to my account, the same way it was taken, they claim to have sent a paper check which I have not received. I wasted too many years of loyalty to this company.

I'm going to get Lawyers involved for negligence against this company. On April 20, I called into Farmers and attempted to get my policy reinstated. I paid $752. I was told the policy was re-written, but reinstated and up to date. My initial coverage with Farmers with through payroll deductions. I was told on a previous phone call, prior to the call on 4/20/2022, Farmers does not offer payroll deductions for the company I work for. 6 days ago my auto insurance monthly payment was taken from my account in excess. Rather than the normal monthly amount, the entire rest of the year was taken which was over $1200. My agent has been speaking with the Famers company since before the money was taken out and it has still not been resolved. Not only was my account over drafted, but I was unable to pay various other bills. I am totally disgusted by this company and their complete disregard for ******** service or ethics.
