My experience with Farmers has been horrible. I've only been with the company for 2 years and they continue to disappointment with their services. My policy expires in June and I will never go with them again. I decided to leave AllState for a better rate on insurance. Well you get what you pay for in terms of experience. I was unable to renew my tags last year because they refused to send over my proof of insurance digitally to Georgia's DOT as required in the state. It took a week of getting them to cooperate. They canceled my insurance without letting me know no documentation or email stating that the insurance will be cancel; said I had another person to my policy that I don't live with anymore haven't live with them since September. Address has been changed since last year October 2022. My driver's license has been suspended. They should conversate me for the $150.00 to renew my license or send a letter stating they was at fault so I will not be charged for the error on their behalf. I have them for insurance and we lost our home. The agent over my case has been hard to get in touch with at times, won't return phone calls in a timely matter, and then will be unavailable for days. I understand things happen and things come up but my payment is and has always been made on time and never missed but yet I keep getting excuse after excuse on my claim. My long standing policy with Met Life was bought by Farmer's; On February 11th I bought a new car so naturally I called Farmer's to add the new car to my policy; It was a Friday at 2 pm; No one answered the phone after 1 hr 15 minutes!!!! If I could give this company a zero I would. I have been a ******** since January 2020 and have made my payment faithfully ever since. I received notification that my account would be AUTOMATICALLY debited for my policy like every month for my renewal month. The funds were available in the account and the payment was never drafted from my account. I did not receive any notification. After multiple calls to our agent, he finally returned our call to say that after the payment we previously made, our policy was in good standing. Our account was set up with autopay, but for some reason, the bank would debit our account for the premium but then credit it back to us. Because of this, we made the payments online. With the back-and-forth issue with our bank, we contacted our agent to make sure our payments were being processed accurately. We have confirmed there were NSF/Returned Items in November and December in 2021, however, the recent March 1, 2022 NSF/Returned Item was for the policy renewal offer. Been on the phone for 166 minutes, talked to 5 different agents, disconnected 4 to I especially, ll to get coverage validation for safelit windshield replacement. That goodness i had my declaration page, Safelite was great, they accepted my deductible even though I could get the claim validation through phone contacts at Farmers. Never in 50 years dealing g with insurance companies have i ever experienced this bad of service.

Cannot get any response. Have tried phone (got disconnected), text, email, and web. I had a minor accident last month and can't get any assistance. I filed a claim through their app, but much of that information didn't get to the adjuster. I got a claim number and a contact to work on the claim. That was over a month ago and nothing since. Seems like a pretty common thread here.
