Bristol West/ Coast National however we are going to call them is either extremely inefficient or intentionally evasive. Either way, their lack of communication is unacceptable. I had my attorney file a claim against a farmers insured vehicle, when I was run over May of 2019. All documents, evidence, police reports, and demand letters have been sent and acknowledged. After the first 60 days of run around I started getting letters in the mail every 45 days stating that they needed more time to get a statement from their own insured driver. I would NOT recommend this insurance company to anyone. After a Hurricane in a previous state with numerous disasters in the surrounding area, my old insurance company had my family and myself squared away within 15 minutes of speaking with them. Unfair policy practices and terrible ******** service. I owned ac2015 travel trailer that received roof damage during a storm. The trailer was considered a total loss bt Formost. We agreed to an amount for the loss and was told a check would be sent electronically to our lien holder. I was told if I bought a new travel trailer within 30 days that I would be paid up to $961 for the state taxes. I caught the Linda Sovola Agency overcharging me. I had three properties plus car insurance. I was a loyal ******** for ten years. I left an email and phone message giving them 48 business hours to resolve the issue. When they failed to respond, I changed insurance companies and requested a refund. It took a month to get a check. Then they tacked on a $19.50 fee which should have been deducted from my refund check.
