I'm not happy with the Bristol West insurance co. The billing continued to rise. We only used this company for 6 months. Now that we canceled they continue to charge us more money and they can't give a good reason why. This company should go out of business. So before going with this company. DONT.

Farmers stepped up when I had my house fire and took care of us immediately! We never had to worry about anything and customer service was fantastic! I didn't realize how good my insurance was until I actually needed it. My insurance plan was based on recommendations made by my agent, Mary A*****, and it met all of my needs!
We cancelled homeowner insurance after a year with email proof in 4/2020. Farmers Insurance kept mailing us bills afterwards and sent us to the collection service for $470 for the period between 4/2020 and 8/2020 and demand us to provide proof of the new policy from another insurance company. I bought insurance with Farmers 2 years ago. They have taken my payment on a timely basis . But yet I submitted a claim due to damage to my roof, which was made by hail. They have failed to cover the repair of my roof claiming, that, that was damage done prior to them insuring the home. However, no one came to check my home before the house was insured. State farms need to give Jason moncur more training videos he's new and doesn't know what he's doing . I paid for a premium package to protect me from renters damaging my home. The renter left my home in such a state and the slow witted jason denies my claim. The word farmers I thought was from back in the day when a farmer would always help a person in need. This is the worst insurance company I sadly have had to deal with. Bristol West has taken over 3 weeks to deal with a claim I made regarding an accident with my car and someone else's. The customer service cannot help me as they cant get any information regarding my claim because my representative is supposed to take care of that. I have had Farmers home owners insurance at my present home for approximately 10 years. After my basement flooded several times and many visits from a plumber $$$$ we had to camera the lines to find out that there was a cracked pipe under my back deck. I had to hire an excavating crew to dig a 9 foot hole in my yard and tunnel under the deck to repair the crack. I took several pictures and a video of the excavation.
