Sent pictures and quote to Foremost insurance, 2873.00 they did not send out a adjuster, they used some body in their office, after said and done I got a check for 1165.00 *** ***** Bullhead City AZ

Awful, terrible company. They doubled my premium AFTER I paid for the whole 6 months up front. They said they could not "verify" my driving record or that I had a valid license. Totally untrue because I checked with three other insurance companies and all verified my clean driving record and driver's license was valid. When I tried to cancel the policy, they said I couldn't until 11 days before the automatic renewal date. absolute joke of an insurance company. Over 7 years with them,no late or missed payments, card on file expired and instead of a simple heads up, they try to charge extra fees and apparently cant enroll in autopay again, 2 months in a row because i was failed to be informed last month that updating payment doesnt update autopay. asked for the simple late fees to be refunded and was told no, over 7 years of immaculate payments! After being pressured to take my truck to their "preferred" body shop, I'm still waiting and it's been five weeks. A repair that should have taken one week, ten says at most, has dragged on for over a month with no end in sight. I wanted to take my vehicle to the local dealer, but the adjuster basically threatened me saying Farmers would not cover any costs they deemed unnecessary or above what they thought was warranted. Don't buy Home insurance from them! I filed my claim for the first time on a policy that is supposed to be replacement cost value but Farmer's puts you at such a disadvantage by making all the deductions for depreciation and they don't pay you "overheads" that show up on the estimate that you have to go out of pocket for repairs. Also, never go with their recommended repair companies as they write quotes to break out labor into overheads so that the adjuster can disallow items. I'm specifically giving an A+ review for Kerry Vaught & his team in Nacogdoches, Texas. I was looking for a new insurance company several years ago & Kerry was my dad's agent. My dad did not easily give praise to anyone... but he really liked Kerry and that was good enough for me! I didn't go wrong either... Kerry really makes you feel like family. I'm a landlord. I have 9 insurance policies. 7 of which are with Foremost Insurance. In my area of the country we had a derecho storm take out our entire city basically. It was 90mph winds for about an hour or so. Obviously lots of damage resulted. So far I've filed a claim at one property. After 22 years with the hands company I switched to Farmers. Within the first months I had a car accident. I was blown away by the level of professionalism from the entire farmers team. I feel bad that only after a month with them I had to file a claim but they came through like a champ. Unfortunately my car was totaled but farmers gave me the true value of the car allowing me to buy a new car better than the one I had before. I highly recommend Farmers Insurance. They will certainly take care of you.
