This company will steal money from you plain and simple. When you cancel your policy, watch your statements becuase they will keep drafting payments. Just spoke with a supervisor who told me once they charge they do not issue refunds regardless of mistake or even when they were told this is theft. Even during this time of Covid19. Tyler ***** started off great but ended up concerned about the bag! He has a lot of very good traits, respectable, hard working, does hood at picking a house for you and on top of things. But as soon as you get close to settlement and he sees that dollar sign he starts to just push things through and gets sloppy. Paid in years on a life insurance/401k type retirement plan... I mean years of payments. In 2011 I called the agent to cancel because I finally had a job that gave me insurance and retirement. So I called the agent and canceled but when I asked how to get my money back I learned there was a HUGE penalty for withdrawing early. I have a 49-day claim with this insurance and they still do not respond to me and in my policy I have rental car coverage when I ask my name adjuster David ****** for the rental car his answer was go to the rental company pay it out of your wallet and in the end it will be returned to you. Stupid response as an adjuster.
Do not deal with Farmer insurance I had business insurance and they where ripping me off for years going up every 6 months I had call main office to cancel with them they told me its policy is to write a letter so I did not need a letter for them to get me started with them ??? Terrible ******** service and no billing consistency. When I questioned a charge, the representative said, "we are a heavily Feed billing company". Ok, so if you aren't interested in being heavily billed, choose a different company.
We were insured with Foremost insurance on our home. We made the mistake of tearing down a shed and the pictures that were taken of our property had the pile of trash in them. Without even asking us about the pile, (which of course we were going to remove, but due to our remote location, getting a bin took some time.) Foremost cancelled our insurance. I have never had better service and support in my life. My agent Christian******** goes above and beyond his duties. When I had a claim not only did the adjuster come out as promised but Christian came as well. They made sure that I was paid for the problem that occurred. I can't imagine having anybody but the Christian******** Agency and Farmers Insurance. Thank you BBB for giving us a place to share are good and bad stories.
Terrible. Bristol West quoted a certain price for insurance that I agreed and signed for. The next month they doubled the payment due because of their own alleged computer errors. I asked for a resolution, but they refused to do any compromise. Stay away from this company!
