Worst insurance ever. Filed a claim for damage to my fence from a tree fall. They wanted me to assess the damage and take photos. I am handicapped and couldn't do it so they closed the claim. My dog hot out due to the damage. I am not happy!!!

This company sucks and they are ripping people off and they dodge your calls; their answering machines always say that they will return your call in 24-48 hours but they never do. They take it upon themselves to just add stuff to you files/ policy even though you are the one paying for your policy and they done communicate with you at all and think that you want notice what they do with your policy, it is now February 16, 2021 and I have been trying to reach supervisor Debra Sierra for over a week now and she had yet to retu... read more

Was in an accident not my fault with a person insured with Farmers. Even though the process was rather simple Farmers cheats you in the rental car while yours is in the shop. I went to the place they set up, Enterprise, and what they payed to not cover the cheapest car they had. I had to pay out of pocket. To make things worse they gave me a rental for 5 days, I picked my car up at 5:30 in the evening on Tuesday and was told they car had to be back Saturday. I am extremely displeased and will be finding another company for our home insurance. We are renting out our home and the tenants broke a window, put washer and dryer outside. etc. Not a lot of damage but we called and were told "you are covered" we've got you! that is so terrible someone would do that! We were to have an adjustor come out and look at our home. My husband called the adjustor, to ask a question, and was told" No, they were wrong! you are not covered for mischief and vandalism". I would give farmers a 0 if I had the option. Not a trustworthy company. They will sell you anything then cancel you. Speaking with other people recently, they will double your rates with in 6 months. Go with a better company that you can trust.

We have had our insurance with Farmers Insurance, Auto and Home since 2005. They have always been there for us, by email, phone, letters. They will not hesitate to fax or email much needed information to us, no matter where we are. *******************s office was close to my home, easy access, Lori and *********** are always available, ready to listen, give us options and advice! Farmer business group need to hire peoples like those who they taking you first time, I had commercial business insurance with farmers due to covid I forced to close my store on Oct/ 1st, since I paying quarterly and I paid in advance, I've called Farmers requesting them to cancel my policy, they said we can't take it over the phone need to send email to ... I wish there were a way to give 0 stars. I worked with Walter Flores and he is the most rude, unprofessional, egotistical, **** I have ever had the misfortune of working with. I would highly suggest rethinking his employment with your company. Most of your customers that have to work with him have asked to be assigned different agents.

Farmer Insurance has been cold calling me to make their sales pitch about current offers. How is it possible that in this current day any company of their size is still using this method? No one likes to be interrupted in their day to hear someone immediately dive into a rant about insurance the moment you say hello. If I had farmers insurance right now, I would leave.
