This insurance company have refused to provide a refund for a deceased member under our auto policy. We have been requesting for over 6 months for a refund for the balance of the remainder of the deceased plan. This company and agent have been dragging their feet. The agent in question (Quoi Nguyen) have stopped responding our to our emails or phone calls. We currently still have an active policy for 4 member of our family and we're not getting any service from this agent. I hope this complaint will get your company to take ... read more

The owner of this independent agency is unprofessional, unethical, and far from integral. He refuses to resolve an issue regarding payment of wages for hours worked. I would not recommend anyone to become employed with or conduct business. The company is pyramid scheme SCAM!

Bonee **** and Nate ******** have been the worst Farmer's agents to work with. A policy that is quoted at $3200 for a 6 month rate was messed up by the agent and then $810 monthly bills start coming in! At that point, I ask for clarification of the billing. Hours on calls, countless emails and no one at the 800 line or the agents mentioned above can breakdown the payments back to the original proposal! Avoid these people if you value your time and money.

The 6 installments for this policy term began in February and ended in July. It appears that two vehicles were added, one in April and the other in June. this has to be the absolute worst insurance company I've ever had to deal with. I regret ever getting auto insurance from them. For one, around March one of their drivers hit my car & police found him 100% at fault. Mind you, we both have the same insurance so you would think things would process faster but was I wrong. It took me more than 2 months to get my car fixed over something that wasn't my fault at all. They kept on giving me the run around , had to wait almost 3 hours to talk to someone on the phone to make a claim... read more

I have tried repeatedly to pay an upcoming insurance premium to renew my Foremost boat insurance policy. Payment is due very soon. Their online payment system has been dysfunctional in my repeated attempts. Their phone payment system has also been dysfunctional in my repeated attempts. This is frustrating. it is also worrying - are these guys really serious business people? Their very poor 1.43 out of 5 rating here at the BBB site is consistent with the crummy experience I'm having with Foremost.

Roof was damaged by severe storm that blew through the night of 6/14/2021 some shingles blew off and the center vent was damaged. The farmers adjuster Matthew McCullough send the inspector out to verify the damages The inspector said the roof had to be replaced.The adjuster has said the roof was too old for a replacement when the inspector and roofers said it was not repairable so he has denied my claim .So several roofers has name Farmers Insurance has one the worst for claims so be aware of this. Foremost policy I bought for my home and property wasn't what I agreed to when selecting the policy. I agreed to a policy that would cover replacement of my home or financial repair of it 100%. My house was ravaged by 3 storms in 2020 one of which knocked out my life sustaining HVAC. Originally they approved to pay the claim. But now they say I maxed out my policy and they won't pay and they won't cover future claims until my house is fixed from the previous claims WTF!?!? Shady! I had one of their insurers hit my car and all they say is they can not reach the insurer so they can't do anything with the claim. They do not return phone calls! I've been trying to get answers for over 2 months and am getting no where. I'm sure they accept his check every month but when it comes time to pay out....they can't reach him??? Like I said, SHADY!

I had the vehicle I was driving hit by someone insured with Bristol West insurance in Boston, Massachusetts and filed a claim with them since their driver was at fault.
