Horrible company. Recently took over Metlife, metlife had such better ******** service...After I was rear ended i was told I had to file with my insurer, which is metlife/farmers insurance. First problem, was a dispute about having rental coverage, agent one i first had said that i didn't have insurance and that it would go under investigation to cover my charges, that it would take weeks, 2 weeks later i call back while vehicle is still under investigation, A very nice woman answered and put it through as urgent, she was th... read more

They don't contact you; you have to contact them. They don't respond to voicemails, texts, or faxes. You have to hound them for information and updates. I was in a wreck 5 months ago and they have refused to pay for damages that were caused by their client. They also do not like to pay for rental cars nor rental reimbursement. One of their adjusters Bodie Banuelos is the worst adjuster to work with. He never calls back nor responds to texts. Awful company policies and ******** service. We added my engagement ring to our homeowner's policy and unfortunately the center diamond fell out of the setting and was lost. Upon notifying our local representative I was informed that rather than actually adding the ring to our policy, the rep's assistant (his wife) had added some sort of endorsement instead. This company is infamous for making you hold over and over again. They are also a bait and switch is organization and have changed drastically on their pricing and billing and every person tells you something different I have never been so frustrated in my life with any insurance company as I was with foremost insurance company owned by farmers. They don't contact you; you have to contact them. They don't respond to voicemails, texts, or faxes. You have to hound them for information and updates. I was in a wreck three weeks ago with one of their clients (who was cited), and nothing has been done yet. A very poorly run company.

I won't give ANY stars to this company!!! I have NEVER in my entire life dealt with such a sh*t sorry company!!!! THEIR issuer rear ended us at a traffic stop Aug 15, 2021 and it's now Oct 12, 2021 and we are still NOT one **** further than the day we were hit! NOTHING has been done except a bunch of stup*d uneducated people from there have called us over and over and over with the same **** questions every day! So i was given the price of 133 for auto insurance on the website. Nothing on the page says prices will vary or anything. It says call this number to purchase it. I call and all of a sudden, the price is raised by 40 a month. All they tell you is this is a quick quote. All of the information is the same. Nothing but a scam to get you on the phone. Horrible ******** service.

BY FAR the worst ******** service experience I have ever had in any industry in my entire life. I honestly believe a 1 star is too high to rate my experience. My fiancee and I were closing on a home and needed homeowners insurance. We reached out to the company (Farmers) who was already covering the property. They actually gave us a phenomenal quote, which I believe is why we had such a terrible experience. I wish I could give it a 0 star. These guys have harassed me for months now. Here is the chronology of events: 0) I got an auto policy with Farmers through Metlife because they had a "special" offer through my employer. 1) On June 24th, I called them and asked for my auto policy to be canceled. The person on the other side agreed and told me that everything was in order.
