Farmers had denied almost every claim I have had! I nknew when I reported water damage to Farmers in my bathroom they would find a reason to deny it and they did and my Adjuster Van Lough didn't even want to explain it to me he told me to call my agent! We were having some work done in our bathroom and pull the contractor discovered a leak unknown to us! When Metlife insurance transitioned to Farmers their quality of services has diminished. It took several calls for issues to be resolved and no one is ever on the same page regarding their protocols and processes. It is concerning because in an event the issue you might address is more important and you are left in a limbo. Not to mention they are a bit sneaky with their prices and cost, hidden fee and all.

The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with in my 20 years of being insured. I would absolutely deter anyone from using this company. They are rude unprofessional and should go bankrupt. I do not recommend them to anyone at all whatsoever. I hope to god I never have to use them if it's the last company on earth. They have an unprofessional tone over the phone and are not empathetic. I've had this insurance on my modular home since 2004. I previously had a claim for my roof which was satisfied in 2014. We've recently had a rain/wind storm in South Carolina and there was damage again. My roof in my kitchen has fallen in and I have damage done to the roof in the bedroom. I was told by two PROFESSIONAL ROOFERS that the roof wasn't done right from the factory. My claim was denied by this company claiming it's due to normal wear and tear. This is Bull****!!! By far the worst insurance company the claim department is a joke very rude and unprofessional never answer the phone or return calls back I will never do business with bristol west its making farmers insurance look bad

Stuck for 18 hours with no help now. This is the 2nd time this company has left us stranded. I blame Farmers Insurance for giving out such crappy RV insurance in addition to Foremosts many incompetencies. Im changing all my policies today. They charge a high rate for zero service. The calls for help were answered in some foreign country. Buyers beware of this garbage insurance!

First of all it was such a RIDICULOUS process trying to get insurance through them. I had to prove that I had the vehicle I wanted to insure, why would I try to get insurance for a car I didn?t have!? They had me take 20+ pictures with a piece of paper in every picture with that days date. I haven?t been happy with their service and now that I don?t have to vehicle I called to cancel my policy and they won?t!! They said I have to prove I don?t have the car anymore!! The company only lies and the staff is rude. They mislead the client to make mistakes and then charge extra money for late fees. They said that I was supposed the get some documents to sign so I could keep the premium I was offered but they never came! When I reached out the fist time, I had the worst experience EVER!! The "agent" was pretending that he couldn't hear me so I confronted him and he was the rudest person... No costumer service. No local office to go to. For 2 weeks we have tried to replace vehicle on existing policy. Multiple phone calls. They can't provide with the total monthly payments amount after we changed the vehicle Still have not been done .
