In 2012 I bought a mobile home. As soon as I was able to move in I contacted my insurance agent, and he recommended Foremost Insurance. I was told that they covered everything, including the hot water heater. November 2021, I filed my first claim. That's 9+ years later. Claims apartment sucks they're really slow to respond the last Lady I just talked to you on or just called a little bit ago nastiest attitude person for it being a claims agent or out of wherever it actually is out of I think under a rock somewhere but still have no resolution from the accident that occurred from y'all's insured person who rear-ended me seems like you're really fast to have your hand out to take the money but God forbid you have to pay it out

Initial sales person was great; however I found out after I paid the premiums that they did not have an agent in our state. Also, I disclosed our pool in the initial set up of the insurance and there was not a problem, we received our packet along with insurance cards was mailed then after 2 weeks my husband received an email of cancelation notification due to a pool with no fence. We called with concern about this cancelation and they stated we need to have a fence (that would be actually shorter than the wall of our pool).... read more

Too bad 0 wasn't an option. On 9/13/21 someone backed up and hit my car. The person that hit my car admit it to the police and security she hit my car because she didn't see me, even mentioned in the report. Well, Liz my claims adjuster with Farmers decided to split the responsibility with Geico the other person's insurance company. Why should I be punished? The female admit to hitting my car! Every couple of months they automatically change me to auto draft without my permission. Now they took out 1200 from my account and they keep saying 3 to 5 days. When I call back in they say they will put a rush on it. This is the 3rd time in less then a year. Bristel West which is part of Farmers suck. They want refund your money when they draft out more money after you pay them.

Farmers insurance has the worst communication skills, by far doesn't care about their clients or keep them updated about their policy during a claim, will also fail to neglect their own fault or apologize for their own mistakes. Bottom line this business will give you a run around and try to beat you down till you don't care and feel like you did them wrong for complaining. I have given feedback to multiple people and not one of them have done anything nor helped out. They don't care must be the motto of the COO and CEO.

Unfortunately there is no negative stars option. That would better reflect this experience. I called Foremost for a quote and they want me submit some pictures. I did that and I received an email few days later that I should call them with a priority code. They made me hold the phone for 30 minutes before it disconnected. This company has been nothing but money hungry! I have never made an insurance claim before until my truck was in an accident which wasn't our fault. The other driver had no insurances. I thought since i have full converge on ALL our vehicles and paying $1k a month that I'm taken care of. That's a BIG NO. First my truck was lost for two weeks, Then found it at Copart (a salvage yard) which they had it on the website getting ready for auction.. Mind you we haven't even had anyone look at it yet!
