Be cautious utilising them as your Home Owners Insursers, as they have denied my insurance claim for failure of appliance function.My dishwasher leaked during its regular oeration and Farmers Insurance **** are not willing to entertain the claim.The ***** is entense and I am unable to afford the repairs as they are over $ *********

Our home flooded on December 26th. Based on coverage recommendations made by our agent at time of policy binding, we purchased a policy that was to have included water damage and coverage up to $50K per claim (again, based on the recommendation of our agent). As flooding, we filed a claim and Farmers determined that our policy entitled us to ONLY $1,000 based on specific coverage levels. They take your premium monthly. When you file a claim due to storm damage and rain, they try to pay you next to nothing and deny your claim. I hired ********************* and other organizations to analyze and submit the valid bids for the work to be done. Farmers continues to try to deny them with ridiculous statements. The insurance adjuster who handled our claim was unprofessional, unconcerned, uncaring, and did not act in good faith. I feel that we were taken advantage of because I filed the claim on my own without consulting a roofing company first. After the claim was denied, two different roofing companies agreed that our roof should have been replaced due to lost shingles and other considerable wind damage. I have insurance through Farmer's and they have been completely unresponsive for the past three weeks. All emails have bounced back and all phone calls have not gone through. I've contacted both agents who work at the office and neither has responded to me. Would not recommend their service!!

Farmers insurance is absolutely the worst …..and I mean the worst insurance company. They will lie, deny any claim you have, and are extremely unprofessional…..I could go on and on how bad this company is!! I would not send anyone to them. This company should be sued and shut down for how they treat their clients!!

They kept raising my insurance for no reason and when I cancelled they didn’t set up the cancellation or send the appropriate information out so now I have to deal with a a suspended license because they told me they were going to handle this and they didn’t. Thankfully I had GEICO coverage on my car so I could instantly reinstate my license.

An uber driver ran the stop sign t bone me they where at fault I was told by a 3 agent that once the information was in the system they would call me to give me a price for the value of my car in a few days in been two weeks and they still haven’t contacted me I left a dozen messages no response they are a fraudulent insurance company i advise not to insure your vehicles with them
