Verified Renter My rating is more about the fact that the valet service does not pick up trash as they should. Sometimes the trash stays in front of residents doors for more than 2 consecutive days. When I first moved in 2020; there were people coming in daily to clean the hallways and stairs but that has not been done for over a year now. Verified Renter Sawyer flats is in a Nice neighborhood. Quiet and beautiful. There is Plenty of parking. Free coffee in the residential lounge. Wish the vending machine worked at all times.
