Verified Renter They would have a five star rating because of how well they respond to issues, the facilities (gym, pool, playground, fitness course), the attractiveness, and many other reasons. But one problem that persist is the garbage pick up. It has caused LOTS of issues. But I won’t go into that now. It may be something they’re able to resolve!

Verified Renter The apartment is close to everything. Grocery stores, theaters, restaurants, parks and my church. Very easy access to 270. The place has perfect common place for socialization. The community looks very peaceful. I love the fact that they have designated place for package deliveries separate from regular mailboxes. It has a great ambiance overall. The apartment has 2 full bathrooms . Closets and pantries are roomy.

Verified Renter Very nice community. Great service. It improved. Friendly shopping area. Safe and a great outdoor space. Thanks!! I was excited about the services but the mail service is a bit hard to deal with. Packages are never a safe bet. Unpredictable maintenance and critters .. .
