Verified Renter Downsized from a large townhouse to a one bedroom here in 2018. Best move I ever made. Quiet neighborhood, great neighbors, and best of all a fenced back yard for my dogs!

Verified Renter I have lived here a very long time so I'm sold on this place! Nice grounds, good location, and very walkable. I would like to see improvements to the outdoor lighting. Parts of the community are very dark at night.

Verified Renter I recently had the opportunity to take advantage of the outdoor exercise amenities. I was able to do quite a bit of training as if I was at a well equipped gym. The exercise machines are state of the art and offered a full body regimen. Working out outside is an added bonus and was thoroughly enjoyable. I'm looking forward to doing so again and highly recommend it.

Verified Renter No issues since we are living here. Its been 1.5 years now and staff here is amazing. It is close to both Rio & Crown downtown which are the most happening places in Gaithersburg

Verified Renter Fair pricing. Next to Rio and Crown centers is a plus! Moving in the first month I had bug issues(but we're fixed quickly by maintenance). Had weed smoke throughout the apartment but got that taken care of. Slightly older so it creeks but is mostly renovated

Verified Renter Great community. The community looks wonderful with no crime. The apartments look nice but can use updated appliances. The fitness center can use updated fitness equipment. But overall the community is 4 stars within a great location with shops and restaurants within walking distance.
