Most of the things are available easily like Rio lake so that family enjoy walks in evening, Target and Harris Teeter for any grocery, clothes, kids toy and other things, Xfinity and Verizon for Internet and mobile devices, restaurants and pubs.

Verified Renter Overall a convenient place to live with close access to shopping, dining, and services. Apartments are updated and the amenities are in good shape. Property maintenance could use some improvement as the previous owners took better care.

Verified Renter Good living environment. The place is quiet and pet friendly. However, the hallways of the buildings were not maintained and parcel gets lost. I suggest that each floor has a cctv for safety as well.
