Has made and continues to make much needed building and grounds renovations and improvements. Leasing office and maintenance staff are wonderful - responsive, efficient, customer service oriented. Verified Renter Sawyer Flats is a nice apartment complex in a great location. It's accessible to many shops and restaurants and the highway. I've been here 3 years and in general no serious issues

Very convenient to grocery shopping, fitness, cleaners, dining, movies, etc. You live between two of the best living, shopping and entertainment districts in the area. The area is good for runners. If you have kids, the schools are excellent. Maintenance staff is outstanding. Just submit the request through the portal and it's handled the same or next day.

Verified Renter Great maintenance crew! Great grounds crew! Landscaping looks great. Contractor handling concierge trash pick up does not pick up trash. The monthly charge should be removed from the rental agreements.
