Verified Renter We are enjoying our time! I personally am very excited about having wood floors. Our kids are enjoying themselves and it is very convenient to have the park right outside out home. Our favorite part about our home has to be the convenience of everything! Target is a 5 min walk, the gas station is next door and we can walk to the Starbucks and Harris Teeter. Very much so happy!

Verified Renter The apartment came with a few issues upfront, after a few months, it’s now been handled by the Maintence team. The grounds could be cleaned and managed better, but the price is comparable for the area.
