Verified Renter It’s a very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere all around out here . We recently lived from the shady Grove area and this feels like a retreat in the city to be honest.

Verified Renter One of the biggest issues is the thin walls, which make it difficult to escape the noise from neighboring apartments. This can be particularly frustrating when there are celebrations or other loud gatherings taking place. Additionally, the valet trash service appears to be a mixed bag. While it's certainly convenient to have your trash picked up outside your door, it's not ideal if the bags are left sitting outside all night, potentially attracting pests and creating a nuisance for other residents. Verified Renter I've sent multiple request regarding racoons on the top attic part ceiling and all they do is clear the request out without even stopping by or calling to what is the issue. There's trash bags full of trash throughout the neighborhood in the parking lot, grass area, sidewalks which is disgusting because either pay for the valet trash or take it to the dumpster. Sometimes it's out there all weekend. I do have peace in my unit besides the racoons and my neighbors are cool. But things can def be better.
