Verified Renter I love this time of year here because there is so much activity going on. Neighbors and their pets out and about. Children out enjoying the communities amenities. Workers sprucing up all around the place. Birds singing, rabbits and squirrels roaming around. Verified Renter Sawyer flats is nice place to live with close vicinity of restaurants, target, Kohl’s, Pubs and Rio lake. Interior Maintenance is also good and cooperative.

Verified Renter Excellent value. The price and the location near the Rio and I 270 are hard to beat. The parking is easy and included in the rent. Shuffleboard and bocce ball court look inviting

Verified Renter We have had a pretty good experience so far, and the point system is pretty unique compared to where we've lived before. There is a lot of peace and quiet in the neighborhood. Overall, the move-in went smoothly. Accessing Amazon Dropbox was straightforward and easy. I'm glad there is a place where I can pick up my deliveries.
