Rats and mice There are so many big rats outside the apartment. And mice inside apartment unit. No action from the management.

Verified Renter Would be nice for the leasing office to attend to the needs of current residents more. Sometimes there are no communications from the leasing office, for example, the fob key to resident lounge that was updated but was not communicated to the residents until they found out they cannot get into the lounge.

Verified Renter Weekends of loud music, trash in the hallways, common areas not cleaned, piled up trash on the walk paths, pot smoke smelled on a regular basis, pool still not open on June 15, maintenance enters apartment unannounced, parking g can be hard to find near apartment late evenings, maintenance ignores requests, exposed rusty nails many places, lose steps, etc etc etc.

The location is great for getting to both Rio and Crown as well as easy access to the ICC and 270, the leasing office and the maintenance team are always on top of requests, and it’s nice being surrounded by so much nature. Verified Renter I have to say I had greater expectations for Sawyer Flats and Im glad Im moving out next week. Too noisy (you almost can understand neighbors talking). People walking with pitbulls unleashed. The pool that never was opened (we're middle june now!). The washer and the dryer that never worked well (even after a maintenance visit). At least the localization is almost perfect.

Verified Renter I have lived in the community for a year now and have loved it. There is so much to do in the area and I never feel bored. The community also feels very safe. There is plenty of parking and tons of amenities.

Verified Renter The community is quiet which me and my family like. The agents are very helpful and we appreciate it. What we like the most is, it is close to shopping centers like rio and downtown crowne. Another thing that I notice is that the hallways and the amenities needs to be maintained properly. Especially the pool, its always dirty.
