Verified Renter We are enjoying our time! I personally am very excited about having wood floors. Our kids are enjoying themselves and it is very convenient to have the park right outside out home. Our favorite part about our home has to be the convenience of everything! Target is a 5 min walk, the gas station is next door and we can walk to the Starbucks and Harris Teeter. Very much so happy!

Verified Renter The apartment came with a few issues upfront, after a few months, it’s now been handled by the Maintence team. The grounds could be cleaned and managed better, but the price is comparable for the area.

Verified Renter Sawyer Flats is nice place to live with close vicinity of various Retails like Target, Harris Teeter, Kohl's and many Pub's and Restaurants like Yard House, Pour House, Spicelife India and may more. Main Attraction is Rio Lake. All these are at walking distance from Sawyer flats.

Verified Renter Decent place to stay. Location is the shining point. Rent is solid despite the new requirements to be able to move in after the original company was bought out. Facilities are very old and my building has signs of severe structural damage.

Verified Renter Its okay but we have a hole in the roof that is still open. We have asked for them to close it many time and the office says they will send some one but no on every come. Its unsafe and we need it fixed!
