Verified Renter Great Community to Live In as it has all the stores, Rio Lake, Pubs and restaurants at walking distance. We really like living in Sawyer Flats and Kid is also enjoying elementary school here, made few friends. It has lot of trees which shows fall colours clearly, maintenance is good and always respond on requests raised by residents.

Verified Renter I’m enjoying my experience. It’s very family friendly, dog friendly and the local is unbeatable. My kids love the fact that they can walk out the door to the park or go to the big park at Rio. I love the short walk to Target and/ or Starbucks. Dangerously good! Lol
