Verified Renter Starting with the positives, the location is unbeatable. Walking distance to everything I would immediately need. Close to the highway for ease of commute. Apartment size is good. For negatives, the building management leaves a lot to be desired. Valet trash is paid for and not delivered. It's unsanitary and just unacceptable. Verified Renter So far it has been good. I like the location and the area is nice and quiet but the walls are a little thin you can hear everything. The floors as well , but overall it’s a nice plac.

Verified Renter It's nice here I am still trying to renew my lease. The pool is nice and clean. I am having an issue with my garbage disposal, but their maintenance is rpetty good.
