Verified Renter I am happy with the apartment but a few issues I came across since i moved is the apartment was made ready the same day of my move in which is why I had to put multiple service requests to get things fixed properly. The service team is GREAT and always very robust in response.

Verified Renter They won’t give a two year lease so you face rental increases every year. Also they won’t do much about bad neighbors even when cops are called over and over. Otherwise living here is great: the community is gorgeous, the units are well kept, the staff is friendly and kind, matenince comes out asap, it’s near a lot to do, and we greatly enjoyed living here overall!
