Verified Renter Good staff, safe neighborhood and a lot in the area to walk around and do/see. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance which has been a blessing

Verified Renter Apartment community and living in nice. Although there are some issues with the stairs being cleaned, that is very bothering. Otherwise the maintenance service is quick, living space/facilities are good too.

Verified Renter This is an old property that is not maintained well. The area is great but the property is not well managed. Garbage/recycling area is disgusting and overflowing.

Verified Renter It's OK only good thing is your close to the highway and rio also it's not too loud of a neighborhood and la fitness is close by but definitely need to upgrade the areas

Verified Renter Overall, really do love living here. Everyone is really nice, the units are spacious and things are kept clean. The floors are really thin so if you have people above you, just plan to make friends with them so you can work with each other. I feel like this isn't unique to sawyer flats though. The area is great, lots to do. the parking situation is the best ive had, I love not having to fight for a spot
