Verified Renter What a wonderful place to live! Great location between two town centers and easy access to hop onto 270. Leasing office and maintenance staff are easy to work with too!

Verified Renter So far, the community is quiet, but there is limited parking if you get home later in the day, and areas of opportunity to improve on maintenance of the overall community which are larger scale projects and/ contract adjustments. IE: enclose exterior trash dumpsters and get a compacting unit. The Handrails are badly chipped and peeling and have animal droppings all over them. the breezeways are filled with cobwebs and give gloomy vibe a power wash and repair of these areas can make a difference. Verified Renter Since I been here going on 3 years I must say it’s a great community & the Staff is truly great & polite, whenever there’s an issue in my apartment they do come & fix it without having to wait weeks & tho my car got broken into Twice last time completely damaged I know that this is Not the Sawyers faults & the community is pretty safe.Plus it’s close to my jobs.

Verified Renter The apartment complex is in a great area and we haven’t had many issues, but good luck trying to get a maintenance order completed. We have important things we need fixed and we’ve been trying for nearly half a month to get someone to show up and help. Outside of the maintenance system and crew being a massive disappointment, it’s not a bad place to live.

Verified Renter The condition of the buildings is not great. I hear everyone that walks up the stairs, and the person above me I hear every movement. Some of the staircases are crumbling.
