Verified Renter This is an old property that is not maintained well. The area is great but the property is not well managed. Garbage/recycling area is disgusting and overflowing.

Verified Renter Overall, really do love living here. Everyone is really nice, the units are spacious and things are kept clean. The floors are really thin so if you have people above you, just plan to make friends with them so you can work with each other. I feel like this isn't unique to sawyer flats though. The area is great, lots to do. the parking situation is the best ive had, I love not having to fight for a spot

Verified Renter Love my home. Thank you Sawyer Flats. 4th floor is relatively quiet, but I think I have a new neighbor next door or beneath me. No idea what they are doing to make so much noise. All good though.

Verified Renter we had a very smooth transfer with the help of steven who works in leasing office. He helped us with all the paperworks and very helpful as well. The community is also quiet so far. Hopefully we will stay here for a long time.

Verified Renter The apartment complex is lovely and the services are completed quick! Though the apartment has some cosmetic damage (messy paint jobs, dented doors, dented appliances, etc.) we love the area and the response of the complex teams!
