Verified Renter Sawyers Flats is great. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, clean community, staff is very responsive. Summer is fun here because of the pool and grills. Winter is cozy, I enjoy the fireplace in my unit. Shopping centers near by so walking around is a plus.

Verified Renter I’ve been a tenant for 4 months and haven’t had any issues. Maintenance requests are completed within a day and nothing major has needed to be fixed. The pool is great for the summer months and the leasing office has been helpful with all of my questions

They maintain personnel with low turnover - their folks are treated well from the top down, it appears. Responsive maintenance staff, knowledgeable, friendly, reliable. Much improved dog park. Excellent location relative to shopping, entertainment, medical facilities, metro. Well maintained grounds. Good value for the dollar.
