Verified Renter Conditions of buildings exteriors are looking bad, like stairways, building entrances, etc. Also, the perimeters needs to be cleaned more often, like blowing common areas. Some trash is for months in the perimeter, on the stairways and walkways.

Verified Renter Good complex and good area with lots to do. Food, shops, and movie theater right nearby with lots of fun activities in Rio. Apartment complex is old and buildings are quite noticeably falling apart, so dropped a star for that.
