Verified Renter I’m glad there’s progress being made on some of the exterior wear and tear (e.g. outdoor stairway’s metal framing rusting through due to age and local climate). Of course, that’s an ongoing task with a complex this size. I’m a little concerned about areas over the stairwell entrances where standing water gathers due to what I assume are very clogged drainage lines. I love the abundance of trees here, but whoever decided to plant the ones around all our parking spots out to be court marshaled for short-sighted... read more

Verified Renter In June, Sawyer Flats made thorough renovation & improvements to the community Dog Park; leveling the surface, upgrading the landscape, building a barrier around the perimeter to conserve ground cover. Lights repaired - all creating a much safer and better amenity. Great work!

Verified Renter Buildings are quite old and the upkeep hasn’t been very great, but overall the place isn’t bad. Pretty small for the price but it’s very close to lots of shops and restaurants

Not to mention the staff was both prompt and professional in regards to the entire process.
