Verified Renter Since I been here going on 3 years I must say it’s a great community & the Staff is truly great & polite, whenever there’s an issue in my apartment they do come & fix it without having to wait weeks & tho my car got broken into Twice last time completely damaged I know that this is Not the Sawyers faults & the community is pretty safe.Plus it’s close to my jobs.

Verified Renter The apartment complex is in a great area and we haven’t had many issues, but good luck trying to get a maintenance order completed. We have important things we need fixed and we’ve been trying for nearly half a month to get someone to show up and help. Outside of the maintenance system and crew being a massive disappointment, it’s not a bad place to live.

Verified Renter The condition of the buildings is not great. I hear everyone that walks up the stairs, and the person above me I hear every movement. Some of the staircases are crumbling.
