Verified Renter I’m almost at the top of Being completely Satisfied,but Since my car had been broken into 2 times, I was very upset & late at night I’ve seen a group of guys gathering in the dark with all dark clothes & masks looking around neighborhood,We need more Security around the grounds, just to be on the safer side..

Verified Renter My apartment has so many issues and needs repair after repair, the stairs and hallways are trashed and dirty, theres been caution tape loosely tied near my door where a metal bar came off and the stairs are loose and move on the 4th level. I think a cleaning crew for the exterior weekly would be a good thing and if maintenance was responsive and apartments were thoroughly inspected and repaired before allowing people to move in

Verified Renter The maintenance staff here is great! It usually takes no longer than 48 hours for a request to be answered. The location is nice too, close to shops and restaurants and right next to the ICC.

Verified Renter Constructive review here, we hope that the hallways and stairs would be cleaned on a more regular basis. In 2021-2022, the hallways and stairs used to be blown by leaf blower almost every Tuesdays. That hasn’t happened in many years now, and currently the hallways and stairs of the apartment complex is filled with leaves, pollen, and tree debris.
