Verified Renter A quiet neighborhood but the building is old. Thin walls, cracked walls, windows not sealed properly, leaks, all issues just covered with a “bandaid”.

Verified Renter Relatively quiet area. Feels pretty safe to walk around the grounds at night. Easy to walk to a multitude of stores and restaurants. Maintenance answers service requests quickly. The one negative is the pool is only 4 feet deep and you can't be in it unless there is a lifeguard. But I think that is a MoCo thing and not specific to this complex.
