Verified Renter Relatively quiet area. Feels pretty safe to walk around the grounds at night. Easy to walk to a multitude of stores and restaurants. Maintenance answers service requests quickly. The one negative is the pool is only 4 feet deep and you can't be in it unless there is a lifeguard. But I think that is a MoCo thing and not specific to this complex.

Verified Renter The garbage situation is disgusting. To “fix” the overflow of garbage, there’s a huge dumpster sitting in the parking lot. It’s also filled with garbage and it smells. It looks terrible for the neighborhood. It’s too tall to throw the garbage bags in so people put their garbage right next to it. The package room is still a mess. Packages are still sitting there. I don’t know why residents don’t pick up their packages. Residents are leaving dog poop all over the place. It just looks bad for the area we live in

Verified Renter Beautiful community. Accessible to anything like shopping, park, bank, pool, gym, etc… Pet friendly community! Only downside is that thin floor and can hear stomping from above all day and all night long and can bring my mood down sometimes.
