Verified Renter quiet and nice neighborhood, the apartment has a lot more spaces than i thought it would have. when I got into the apartment it was a little dusty and overall was cleaned nothing out of the ordinary.

Verified Renter Great place to live. Many restaurants and shops are walking distance The grounds are well groomed with lots of trees for shade. Beautiful communal area with a grill. Pool area is always clean

Not to mention how well kept the entire grounds and outdoor spaces are. Special thanks to the maintenance crew as well as the office workers for making it all happen.

Verified Renter Thin walls and floors. Also, neighbors are smoking outside on balconies. Can’t leave windows open for fresh air. And when the trash company picks up the trash, it is littered throughout the property and there are greasy stains in the common area halls.

Verified Renter I recently moved in. Love the location and proximity to major highways and public transportation. Unfortunately, I found some things broken upon move in. I would think the staff would double check these things before having another resident move in. I also didn't have access to amenities at move in because the office ran out of fobs. I was excited to take my dog to the Bark Park and one of the access gates was broken. Doesn't make it completely unusable, but below expectations for sure. Not the ideal move in ... read more

Verified Renter The neighborhood is in a safe area but is a bit noisy due to age of buildings. Maintenance is not good. The leasing office staff is kind but sometimes seem overwhelmed.

Verified Renter staff is very friendly and the facilities are great! The grounds are kept beautiful. I rarely have problems, but when I do, the response is immediate - e.g., removed neighbor’s trash from the hallway, fixed garbage disposal problem, replaced lightbulb from ceiling fixture, etc. These responses mean a lot to me!!!
