Verified Renter Nice area beautiful outdoor tv doesn’t work which sucks please fix tv for the spring and summer. Walking distance to the lake and shopping or food. Maintenance guys are super nice and quick.

Verified Renter Sawyer Flats Apartments is a great location for everything from singles to families all in walking distance. You can’t go wrong. My apartment faces Rio Blvd, when the fire works are displayed I can see everything from my balcony. On a sunny day you can walk to the Rio or Crown Plaza. The diversity of people and culture Cuisine throughout Gaithersburg. The community is pet friendly.

Verified Renter They would have a five star rating because of how well they respond to issues, the facilities (gym, pool, playground, fitness course), the attractiveness, and many other reasons. But one problem that persist is the garbage pick up. It has caused LOTS of issues. But I won’t go into that now. It may be something they’re able to resolve!
