Verified Renter Sawyer flats is a nice apartment complex, very minimal sounds while you're in the apartment. Location is amazing. Maintenance is very responsive. Overall it has been a good experience but I wish the apartments were bigger and had more storage space. Some of the residents do not respect the no smoking policy.

Living here is a very pleasant, comfortable experience, the 2 bedroom apartment is spacious and safe and affordable, the management staff is helpful, and the ultra close proximity to Rio shopping, restaurants and most important movie theater is an added bonus.

Verified Renter A great community. There are a lot more dogs in the neighborhood so watch your step. The leasing office is working hard to ensure that all residents are happy! Maybe a dog area on the shelburne terrace side???

Verified Renter I enjoy living here. It is a safe a beautiful area. I haven't really had any problems. The view from my balcony is one of my favorite things. Plus the surrounding area has everything you need.
