Terrible Customer Service; Insanely High Rent After raising our rent by 17% (over $300) last year with no negotiation (they said it was to bring our rent up to "market value" despite the apartments just down the road going for cheaper), they want to raise our rent by $57 again this year. I understand that rent increases are a given, but when our exact apartment model is being listed on their site for $300 less than what we're paying and they leave no room to negotiate, that seems pretty sketchy. Nightmare I’ve been here for 3 years, unfortunately, and it’s been a horrific experience. I am so looking forward to the end of my lease! Cockroaches, broken/unsecured mailboxes that never get fixed, and the new maintenance team is horrible. All you’re paying for is the location. Apartments are thrown together and no one bothers to tend to any resident concerns unless you throw a fit. Truly disappointed! This place is disintegrating. Don’t bother.

Please Consider before renting When trying to retrieve a perishable package from one of the lockers a leasing agents, Sherry, was beyond unprofessional and even stated "UPS drivers are lazy and put packages in lockers their not supposed to" WHILE UPS was on the phone! Long story short, Sherry hung up on me twice, insulted the UPS agent and ultimately, due to no help at all, my package was destroyed. Can't wait til my lease is up This is my worst apartment experience ever. I signed a lease and paid security 2 months in advance. A week before my moving date, SF called to see if I was still moving bc there was no record of my lease or deposit and the person who set it all up no longer works at SF. We worked through it all, but it was a stressful, disorganized mess that I had tried to avoid by coming in early. SF acted as if I was the problem. Poorly managed apartment team The apartment location is close to I-270 and with just a minute walk to rio and downtowncrown center. However, the apartment itself is nothing but the great location. As a resident for over 3 years, this apartmrnt is going downward into a poorly managed community. It was such a bad experience with the new management team, which is not respectful to the residents at all. Beautiful newly renovated apartments and GREAT office staff!! Highly recommend Sawyer Flats! Have lived here almost 8 years now. Just recently moved across the street but in the same community. Robin, the manager, was so helpful to make sure everything went smoothly. Alex was my personal consultant during this transition, and she was absolutely amazing and always upbeat and helpful. Welcome Home I had been searching for a place for months until I found The Crossings. I knew this is where I wanted to call home. The minute you walk into the leasing office, the staff is there with open arms attentive to your needs. Great area, great community. Myself and two other roommates desperately wanted to move here and the staff made it possible within a week. We did our part and they did theirs. It is a very peaceful community and the convenience of the location is unlike any other. The moving process was very simple and specially since we are a group of younger people in early 20's there was never insecurity. Mandisa is the woman who practically acted as our mother making sure we moved in without complications and inconveniences.

perfect place to live I have been looking for a place to rent for a while and didn't have much with finding a place that felt like home, until i went to the crossing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Where i have finally found a place that is worth renting. The staff every time i went there the answered all my questions had smiles on their faces. The apartment they showed me was beautiful and quite neighborhood. So if you are looking for a place to rent come out and see The Crossings at Washingtonian Center.
