The units are very cute, and the community is super walkable…shops, stores, restaurants. The apartments are overpriced, but you’re paying for the walkable community. Verified Renter Great location, well kept grounds, and wonderful facilities. The staff is friendly and very responsive! My two bedroom meets all of my needs. My deck and convenient parking are just a bonus!
Best place I’ve lived yet. I love it here. Everything is so convenient, from the grocery stores, restaurants, and retail businesses. Great neighbors, pet friendly and peaceful environment. Best place to live at.

Awesome area and even greater staff I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and have loved every minute of it. The apartments are well maintained and offer great amenities. The office staff and maintenance crew are always polite and professional. Even with the recent management change things have continued to run smoothly. Great area and new management seems to be dedicated to excellence I love the area. And this community is one of the least expensive but still nice in the area. There are grocery stores, shopping (Target), eateries, fantastic restaurants, gyms, playgrounds, and a boardwalk around a beautiful lake all within walking distance!! Terrible customer service We are about to move across the country to Maryland. Our real estate agent found this perfect apt complex to rent for 6 months while we search for a home to buy. We just sold our home on west coast so we can move to east coast to be near our kids. Sawyer Flats gave us the runaround and kept ignoring our calls and emails. We had over-nighted a deposit and the applications. But because we are a Sole-Proprietorship we don't have w-2s or payroll stubs. They asked for our bank statements so we sent those... read more
