Verified Renter Great location, well kept grounds, and wonderful facilities. The staff is friendly and very responsive! My two bedroom meets all of my needs. My deck and convenient parking are just a bonus!
Best place I’ve lived yet. I love it here. Everything is so convenient, from the grocery stores, restaurants, and retail businesses. Great neighbors, pet friendly and peaceful environment. Best place to live at.

Awesome area and even greater staff I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and have loved every minute of it. The apartments are well maintained and offer great amenities. The office staff and maintenance crew are always polite and professional. Even with the recent management change things have continued to run smoothly. Great area and new management seems to be dedicated to excellence I love the area. And this community is one of the least expensive but still nice in the area. There are grocery stores, shopping (Target), eateries, fantastic restaurants, gyms, playgrounds, and a boardwalk around a beautiful lake all within walking distance!! Terrible customer service We are about to move across the country to Maryland. Our real estate agent found this perfect apt complex to rent for 6 months while we search for a home to buy. We just sold our home on west coast so we can move to east coast to be near our kids. Sawyer Flats gave us the runaround and kept ignoring our calls and emails. We had over-nighted a deposit and the applications. But because we are a Sole-Proprietorship we don't have w-2s or payroll stubs. They asked for our bank statements so we sent those... read more

Management does not enforce quite time rules Noisy. You can hear everything the upstairs and downstairs is doing. Overall I like living here but the neighbors don’t follow the quiet time rules and the leasing office does not enforce this. I’ve complained several times to the office. I will be moving soon. Very annoying to hear noise from neighbors at 2am especially if you have work in the morning.

Terrible Customer Service; Insanely High Rent After raising our rent by 17% (over $300) last year with no negotiation (they said it was to bring our rent up to "market value" despite the apartments just down the road going for cheaper), they want to raise our rent by $57 again this year. I understand that rent increases are a given, but when our exact apartment model is being listed on their site for $300 less than what we're paying and they leave no room to negotiate, that seems pretty sketchy. Nightmare I’ve been here for 3 years, unfortunately, and it’s been a horrific experience. I am so looking forward to the end of my lease! Cockroaches, broken/unsecured mailboxes that never get fixed, and the new maintenance team is horrible. All you’re paying for is the location. Apartments are thrown together and no one bothers to tend to any resident concerns unless you throw a fit. Truly disappointed! This place is disintegrating. Don’t bother.

Please Consider before renting When trying to retrieve a perishable package from one of the lockers a leasing agents, Sherry, was beyond unprofessional and even stated "UPS drivers are lazy and put packages in lockers their not supposed to" WHILE UPS was on the phone! Long story short, Sherry hung up on me twice, insulted the UPS agent and ultimately, due to no help at all, my package was destroyed.
