The last two times we have eaten here our meals have been messed up badly. The first time, our order was lost. The second time our food was cold and undercooked; baked potato would be played 20 minutes after entree was delivered to table. Both times management tried to correct the problems. I appreciate that but the dining experience is ruined. I’m done!
The bartender on Thursday afternoon (Christine?) was very friendly and engaging. We had a nice experience and came back for dinner with our family of 7 later that evening.

We ordered take out from here on a Friday night during the rush hour. We were originally told a 20 minute wait. We got there 15 minutes later. We waited a while before our food was ready, which was a little upsetting, but the manager sincerely apologized and refunded us our entire ticket! The food was good and they were swamped and I appreciated him taking time out of his very chaotic restaurant to apologize and refund us. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Husbands steak was rotten. Manager brought another out 45 minutes later not cooked correctly. He told the mgr he didn’t want it since I was finished but the manager forced it on us by bringing it back in a takeout. Then we were going to be charged for it. The waitress took the meat back and took the meal off. Won’t be back that’s for sure
