RecommendedThe food and service was real good. The only thing I had a problem with was the hostess . All she said to us was how many.
Steaks undercooked and cold.. complaints were made and food was still brought back warm and undercooked as if it was put into a microwave. Food was not even eaten and full prices were still paid. One of the most horrible experiences ever at a steakhouse. Will not be coming back.
Server very slow and inattentive. Good came out wrong twice
WORSTED EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD AT A RESTAURANT. WAITED ALMOST 2 HOURS STILL DIDN'T GET SEATED TO EAT POOR SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT
Went to lunch for my husband's birthday. It's his favorite Troy restaurant.
My Pop is a stroke victim; so it is quite a chore to get him ready and and make all the vehicle transfers getting him in and out. But, we enjoy our meals here that each time it has been worth the exhaustive effort. Fortunately, for Pop his appetite is not effected by his condition. Pop loves the steak and shrimp and the wait staff is always there to top his coke off. Great service... of course we time our trips to arrive 20 mins before the meal crowd. Great foot, nice people.
I've been to this restaurant many time - I've never had a bad experience. From their burgers, to steaks, to salads - everything has been good. Their club sandwich is my favorite. It gets busy and sometimes there's a wait. I'm sad to see some of the disappointed reviews on here.
If you go beware " and it's not cheap for the quality of foods and service. uck
We ordered take out 9/13/2019 and my sweet potato was somehow left out after my husband was showed our food and my shrimp was so overdone....was like plastic! Don’t know if we will ever go back!
