RecommendedGenerally I would recommend Ada Santa Fe. But not right now. 7/19/20 Their ac is broke and has been for 2 weeks. they should definitely notify customers when arriving so they can decide if they choose to stay or not. I would never have stayed. I used a fan to help cool myself WHILE I was eating.

the food is almost always never consistent. I ordered the pasta on 2 different occasions and one had chunky sauce and the other was super runny. The managers also treat their staff very poorly. How do you expect to run your business effectively if you berate and belittle the very staff you depend on for business?
ordered 3 Medium well steaks, got cooked Well steaks that were dry! waitress kept rolling her eyes each time was asked for drink, ordered broccoli and fries for sides.... she said “oh I brought you double fries instead”. Asked for salsa for my nachos, she brought me ketchup. didn’t even send back because don’t want our food spit in... her attitude stunk! We use to love Santa Fe, well not anymore!

They do not treat their staff right! I will not support a business that doesn't value the very people who keep it running.
The management is horrible to their staff and I’ve heard from former employees that the hygiene in the kitchen is disgusting (ex: a cook sneezing, wiping his nose with his hand, and continuing to cook)
Not good food and they treat their staff poorly would not recommend at all, every time I went they would make me wait for at least 45 minutes to even be served drinks and I know it wasn’t the wait staffs fault they were always so scared of messing up, waited 2 hours once for a medium rare steak that was still cold. Too many horror stories to come out of this place and even if the food was good it doesn’t make up for how the staff gets treated.
