No way we should have to wait this long on food at a chain restaurant like this. Been here 1 1/2 hours and still no food and it’s 930. Tables open everywhere. What gives???!?

Excellent service and delicious food
Worst service ever!!! Will never come back!! Waited 40 minutes for food that was delivered COLD!!! Customers placed their order 15 minutes after my order were given their meal before I received my cold meal! Never Again!!!!!
First, the booth we sat in had huge rips in the cushion. They had put tape over it but the tape was coming off. The table itself was very wobbly. Next it took over 45 minutes to get our food. When the food came one person’s meal was left off. So that person had to wait another 25 minutes. One of the person’s mashed potatoes had piece of plastic in the potatoes.
