the food is almost always never consistent. I ordered the pasta on 2 different occasions and one had chunky sauce and the other was super runny. The managers also treat their staff very poorly. How do you expect to run your business effectively if you berate and belittle the very staff you depend on for business?

They do not treat their staff right! I will not support a business that doesn't value the very people who keep it running.
The management is horrible to their staff and I’ve heard from former employees that the hygiene in the kitchen is disgusting (ex: a cook sneezing, wiping his nose with his hand, and continuing to cook)
Not good food and they treat their staff poorly would not recommend at all, every time I went they would make me wait for at least 45 minutes to even be served drinks and I know it wasn’t the wait staffs fault they were always so scared of messing up, waited 2 hours once for a medium rare steak that was still cold. Too many horror stories to come out of this place and even if the food was good it doesn’t make up for how the staff gets treated.

They treat their staff very poorly, the food is not safe to eat, the managers belittle their staff in front of customers, and so much more. I refuse to support a business that treats their employees and customers like that.
They treat their employees like trash and that’s completely unacceptable no matter the circumstances. DO NOT SUPPORT SANTA FE. Food isn’t even worth it...
The managers treat their employees bad. Half the time my meat is undercooked. I wouldn’t want to support a place that treats their employees so bad that they quit after working there for just a small amount of time.
