Worst service ever!!! Will never come back!! Waited 40 minutes for food that was delivered COLD!!! Customers placed their order 15 minutes after my order were given their meal before I received my cold meal! Never Again!!!!!
First, the booth we sat in had huge rips in the cushion. They had put tape over it but the tape was coming off. The table itself was very wobbly. Next it took over 45 minutes to get our food. When the food came one person’s meal was left off. So that person had to wait another 25 minutes. One of the person’s mashed potatoes had piece of plastic in the potatoes. We were sadly disappointed to have decided on this restaurant tonight. We waited over 30 minutes as we were told there was a wait. When I approached the hostess stand to ask how much longer the wait would be as people who came in after us were already being seated, the rude hostess told me “they called us at 8:39.” The 5 of us in our party never heard her and there were zero apologies made. Sante Fe was by far one of the worst dining experiences we have had. The waitress spoke rudely and seemed bothered to have customers. She never brought the silverware we asked for (we had three sets for four people), she didn’t refill our drinks and disappeared for most of our time there, even though the place was practically empty. Only one person’s meal in our party was cooked thoroughly.
