No way we should have to wait this long on food at a chain restaurant like this. Been here 1 1/2 hours and still no food and it’s 930. Tables open everywhere. What gives???!?

I really love to eat here. I live in LaPlace. we always bring a crowd in when we come. We especially love the ribs; their so tender and Just right. I highly recommend this place. Last night we went and the ribs were over cooked and slightly burnt. The kids hamburgers were burnt. We sent it back and the hamburger came back fine but the ribs came back not so good again. friendly staff great food and great service
Not a good experience at all. My steak was horrible, shrimp was yuck, potatoes was wrong then it was so cold it wouldn't melt butter. The waitress came by and asked if everything tasted good and I nicely said "not really mine is all terrible". she was very sweet and apologetic. she was a doll but this place has really gone down hill. The facility itself is ran down and not the cleanest either. Bummer!
