Went to the #SamsClub here in VA Beach (of course) and there was a line out the door before they opened (awesome!)...I went to purchase one specific thing and walked out with much more (of course)...the best part? I had $90 in Cash Rewards because I was a Plus Member. I got a new shirt, two pairs of shoes, a snack, and a bottle of wine ...I only paid $13 dollars! I am NOT going to renew my membership!! AWEFUL customer service!! I spend a lot of money at this place too. I cant wait to take my money to Costco and drive the extra 10 minutes to be treated properly!
After reading the racist comments by the CEO of Sam's Club, I won't be renewing my membership. If she's uncomfortable about being around white males, why doesn't she relocate to a Sam's Club in some African nation.
