2nd year in a row my childs cake is not ready on time! I even came to pick it up 45 minutes late and they havent even started on it! Maybe yall shouldnt committ to so many orders if you cant handle it! I understand yall are busy but if yall cant handle it!
Returned a Serta iComfort mattress and have been going through a manual return since August 14, 2017. Today is November 3, 2017 and the mattress has been gone since mid September and I still do not have my money back. Calling your 800 multiple times and corresponding via email to no avail. I absolutely would NEVER BUY anything from this company again. The SERTA iCOMFORT was an epic fail and definitely not worth what we paid. I am extremely disappointed in Sam's ability to follow through.
We got 4 new tires from This sams club a few months back and went to get our car inspected today,SAMS never put back the wheel lock and now we are paying over 60 bucks for new tire locks so that they can be rotated and brakes can be inspected. Will never be returning for that service
Have a lot to complain about. I am handicap and a need scooter to move around store. Sams like their sister store Walmart Have trouble that they have not enough scooters for handicap people Sam did not tell me they don't not like handicap people in their store They dont and will not buy more scooters The say that they meet government guide lines. But if half them are broke all time Then it hurts the handicap people.
I always buy my tires here for years and service was good. Unfortunately this time, no QA. I dropped off my car at 8:30 am and picked it up at 5:30 pm. I don't understand how they didn't notice that the tire they installed was flat at the front passenger side. They park all the finished cars there and they didn't notice??? Hassle that I had to wait again for them to repair it.
The front desk guy at the Tire Department was rude and very slow. I dropped my car off at 4:40pm for a 5pm appointment, they closed at 7pm and I got a call at 7:15pm saying my vehicle was ready but they were leaving to pick up my key at the Guest Services. Pulled up to get my car they still had the label tag on my tires. Then before pulling off I noticed they had scratched/chipped my rim.
