I love coming to Sam's, the greeters are always friendly and I've gotten several cakes that have turned out just lovely and delicious.

I will NOT be renewing my membership. I like the idea of the pick and pull feature, BUT it is poorly executed. I just waited 50 minutes to pick up an order that I received an email saying was ready for pickup. (What's the point of the check-in kiosk when it does NOTHING to expedite picking up the order?) When I got to the store 2 hours after the ready email the order was nowhere to be found. A manager went to complete the order, but instead I saw her up at the front BSing with another employee. Tire and Battery Crew is saving the day. Trying to get to Triple R Ranch and I have a nail in my tire.
